  We were there today to get my dogs nails trimmed and yesterday to get her dog food. The only reason we came back today was because of the excellent service we received yesterday in the pet food area. I forget the gals name but will update this post when I find out. She was awesome. Today we were helped by Erik in the grooming area. Even though it was 10 minutes to closing, it was the first time my dog had been there, I spilled my soda water all over his freshly mopped floor and not to mention my lab being a sweet spoiled brat, he didn’t seem bothered by us. He stayed calm and didn’t appear to be irritated one bit. Either a great actor or knew we wouldn’t keep him too long. I know, working retail myself, how it can be when customers come in last minute after you’ve been watching the clock all day. But these folks were awesome. (I took mental notes!) A great experience both days. Thanks Wilco. Whether or not you want us, you have two customers that will return. You all rock! Beth and Steve
